He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Bash; his daughters, Amanda Morrison (Bryan) of Forest and Megan Leonard (John) of Forest; his grandchildren, Dakota Morrison (Glady) of Urbana, Brynn Morrison of Dunkirk, Addison and Cameron Leonard of Forest; his stepgrandchildren, Thomas Leonard (Samantha) of Fort Campbell and Michael Leonard of Findlay; and his sister Diana Searls of Upper Sandusky.
At Dave's request, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a leading children's hospital that treats the toughest childhood cancers and pediatric diseases.
