He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Blake (Rocky Burton) and Chyna Blake (Steven Burton); his brother Don Blake (Tina); his grandchildren, Cole, Faith, Nevaeh, Kamara, Xavier "Little D", Rosalie, Dixie Lynn, Bella, Brystol "Bubbles", Xena, Daniel and James; his sibling's children, Danielle Blake and Harley Blake; his pet Zila; and also, Alice Davis and Zech Point.
Memorial donations in David's honor may be made to the funeral home in care of the family.
