She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Haddox and Barbara Haddox; her parents-in-law, Hans and Grace Hohn; and her brother-in-law Fred Hohn.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Laurie Huffnagle (Mark) of Powell, Kyle Hohn of Columbus and Lindsey Grey (Kevin) of Powell, Ohio; her grandchildren, Megan Huffnagle, Drew Huffnagle, Emily Grey, Luke Huffnagle and Ryan Grey; and her siblings, Linda Parente, Patricia Adams (Greg), Nancy Lilly (Lee) and James R. Haddox (Carol). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Blanchard United Methodist Church (204 S Main St, Mt Blanchard, OH 45867). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Forest-Jackson Public Library or Mt. Blanchard United Methodist Church, in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 South Patterson Street, Forest, Ohio 45843.
