She is survived by: her husband William Henry "Bill" Fair; her son David James Fair; her grandson Jordan David Fair (Amy); her great grandchild Henry David Fair; her granddaughter Jenna Louise Fair; and her brothers, Charles Nickell and Arthur Nickell (Eugenie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spaulding Funeral Home (3805 Roosevelt Blvd, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
