He was predeceased by : his parents, Louise Leach (Foley) and John Leach; his sister Darlene Leach; his grandparents, Esther and Stewart Foley; and his brother-in-law Jim Kitchen (Rusty).

He is survived by : his daughters, Nicki Warye (Matt), Jodi McKinney (John) and Jamie Marshall (Mike); his grandchildren, Conner Warye (Megan), Logan Warye, Sam, Owen McKinney, Caitlin and Kellen Marshall; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Drew Warye; his sister Nancy Neer (Dave); and his sister-in-law Patti Kitchen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Wittenberg University Athletic Department.
