It is with sadness that the passing of Jerome W. Hoehn of Fort Jennings, Ohio is shared. Jerome, born on November 3, 1948, passed away on October 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hoehn and Alberta Hoehn (Mueller); his wife Tonya Bridges; and his sister Rita Hoehn. He is survived by: his children, Todd Hoehn (Marcia) of Fort Jennings, Teresa Stechschulte (Craig) of Kalida and Jennifer Hubert of Fort Jennings; his close friend Kathy Lewis of Lima; his grandchildren, Bryce, Hannah Hoehn, Allison, Jack Stechschulte, Chad Hubert, Katelyn Hubert and Christina Hubert; his great grandchild Owen Hubert; and his siblings, Art Hoehn (Kathy) and Alice Lewis (Glen).
A wake was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home. Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Love Heitmeyer Funeral Home. Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (135 N Water St, Fort Jennings, OH 45844). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to the Findlay Honor Flight or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
