He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rodgers and Anna Yerkey Rodgers; and his sister Denise Huffman. He is survived by: his girlfriend Desiree Wurst; his children, Taylor and Preston Rodgers; his grandchildren, Kentleigh, Kyndall and Kash; his sisters, Juanita Barham and Georgeanna Francis (Paul); and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by his family and especially loved being Pop-Pop to his three grandchildren.
