He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Donna Lewis (Harting); and his wife Deb Lewis (Litmer). He is survived by: his daughter Marshalle York (Robert) of Yorktown; and his grandchildren, Bentley, Gunnar, Oakley and Greyson.
