He is survived by: his parent Allen Ray Harper Sr. (Bobbie Harper) of Fostoria; and his children, Allen Ray Harper III of Fostoria, Aliesha Sheridan (Josh) of Fostoria and Andrea' Owens (Charles) of Toledo. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
