He was predeceased by: his sisters, Amanda Sue Brooks and Missy Ann Butler. He is survived by: his parent Allen Ray Harper Sr. (Bobbie Harper) of Fostoria; and his children, Allen Ray Harper III of Fostoria, Aliesha Sheridan (Josh) of Fostoria and Andrea' Owens (Charles) of Toledo. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (534 Lynn St, Fostoria, OH 44830). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
