We bid farewell to Barbara Ann Stover of Fostoria, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 22, 2026 at the age of 90. Barbara Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reed Phillips and Margaret Leisenring (Wehr); and her siblings, Don Phillips, Jimmy Leisenring, Sandy Kroetz and Brenda Roche.

She is survived by: her husband James "Smokey" Stover; her children, Denise Holman, Daniel Holman, David Holman, Darrin Holman (Linda) and Dietra Stover; and her sisters, Linda Kirchner and Diane Bickelhaupt. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.
