She is survived by: her children, Heather Deuble (Billy), Jaime David and James Thomas III; her grandchildren, Justin Thomas (Cayla), McKenzie Deuble, Desiree Thomas (Madison Cramer) and Cienna Miller (Kody); her great grandchildren, Corbyn, Casen, Elsie, Eldon, Edison, Stella and Lincoln; and her siblings, Nancy, Larry Cook (Jane), Kenny Cook, Green Springs, Dick Cook and Linda Ferguson of Clyde.
