She was predeceased by: her daughter Brooklynne Hook; her father Bradley Garvey; and her grandparents, Wayne, Linda Garvey and Vodden Fortney.
She is survived by: her mother Stacey Garvey (Fortney) of Whitehouse; her sons, Jeremy Garvey-Bleckinger and Titus Hook; her siblings, Bradley Garvey II of Sylvania, Kristin Rospert (Nick) of Attica, Autumn Vess of Lima and Carley Kempf (Charlie) of Oak Harbor; her grandmother LuAnn Fortney of Whitehouse; her aunt Nicole Schutt of Perrysburg; and her nieces and nephews, Avery, Nova, Dakota and Montana. She is also survived by several bonus brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-aunts and uncles.
