He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Myers and Evelyn Myers (Ringle); his wife Mary Ellen Nye; his daughter Kelly Jo Busdiecker; and his siblings, Richard "Red" Myers and Mary England.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Myers (Nate Brubaker), Helena and Boyd Myers; his grandchildren, Josh, Paige Busdiecker, Isaiah Brubaker, Carter and Peyton Myers; and his brother Ray Myers (Rita).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hoening & Son Funeral Home - Fostoria (133 W Tiffin St, Fostoria, OH 44830). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kansas Cemetery. A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:45 PM at the Hoening & Son Funeral Home - Fostoria (133 W Tiffin St, Fostoria, OH 44830).
