She was predeceased by: her stepmother Brenda McIntyre-Burnap; her grandparents, Lillian E. Stears "Grandma Duck", Leota and Wilmer; and her cousin Christopher Nye.
She is survived by: her parents, James Burnap of Fostoria and Natalie Jo Reese of Tucson; her former husbands, Harlan "Bo" Fout and Christopher Johnson; her children, Kelsey Fout of Ada and Cailyn Johnson of Perrysburg; her siblings, Azaria Howard (Brad) of Fostoria, Dustin James, Wesley Hicks, Anthony Hicks and Coy James of Fla; and her aunt Edie Miller-Farson of Findlay. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and step-children.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mann-Hare-Hoening Funeral Home (407 N County Line St, Fostoria, OH 44830). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
