He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Peter and Edith Peter (Hampshire); and his grandparents, Earl, Clara Peter, William and Helen Hampshire.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Peter of Fostoria; his stepchildren, Lorrel Clouse of Las Vegas, NV and Zachary Clouse (Diana) of North Ridgeville Ohio; his stepgrandchildren, Amara and Zain; and his sisters, Beth Blackburn of Fostoria and Nancy Shatzer of Fostoria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews and his cats that he said his wife.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home (301 W Tiffin St, Fostoria, OH 44830).
