She is survived by: her mother Mae LaVoy (Mills); her sons, James Welch (Lisa) of Findlay and Daniel Welch (Tara Montano) of Rossford; and her siblings, Mike LaVoy, Gary LaVoy (Tara), Kevin LaVoy, Sherry Majors, Lisa Pieron and Tina Taylor (Ken).
