She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Bud" Drenning and Mary Drenning (Parker); her husband Alfred Welly; her son James Welly; her siblings, Dallas Drenning, Mary Deuble, Luella Plott and Eleanor Bowman; her grandsons, Shannon Zickefoose and James Welly; and her great grandchildren, Nathan and Zachary Zickefoose.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marlene Tussinger (Harold) of Bradenton, FL, Pamela Kessler (Brian) of Carey and Mary Rader of Fostoria. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, many loving nieces & nephews.
