He is survived by: his mother Enedina Navarro Sr. (Torres); his children, Frank Navarro IV (Margaret) of Findlay, Benjamin Navarro of Findlay, Brian Navarro of Findlay and Annjallita Hall (Colbert); his siblings, Richard Navarro (Marjory), Mike Navarro (Diane) and Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Nikko, Angelina, Imaneleza, Ezekiel, Benjamin Jr., Brett, Rowan, Jasmine, Brady, Liberty, Serenity, Roman, Zayden, Rose and Evee. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Harrold-Floriana Funeral Home (301 W Tiffin St, Fostoria, OH 44830). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
