He was predeceased by: his parents, Namen Perry and Sylvia Perry (Patrick); his wife Patricia Agnes Hohman; and his daughter Nancy Ann Perry. He is survived by: his children, Martha Price (Craig) and Stewart Michael Goodin (Misty); his grandchildren, Joshua Price, Mindy Goodin, Melissa Setliff, Michael Rose, Christopher Rose, Sarah Rose, Stephanie Rose, Mary Bohanon and Kari Bohanon; and his siblings, Leroy Perry, Theodore Perry, Boone Perry, Lucille Emahiser, Nancy Perry, Patricia Price, Matthew Perry and Daniel Perry. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
