He is survived by: his wife Lynda L. Clark; his son Ian B. Smith; his stepsons, Jaden Thomas and Bryce LaRoche; his grandchildren, Ivy, Nova, Kehlani, Kaden and Kynsleigh; his siblings, Kathy Fouty and Mike Smith (Casey); and his nieces, Sarah and Serenity Smith.
