She is survived by: her daughter Joan Keegan Kowalkowski; her grandchildren, Andrzej Kinn Kowalkowski, Nicholas Edward (Brie), Patrick James (Erika) and Katelin Christine Kowalkowski; her great grandchildren, Harlow Wren Kowalkowski and Kamila Elena Kowalkowski; her caregivers, Tammy, Carol, Kadalena, Nevie, Monica and Iyona; her close friend Cathy; her grandchildren, Drew of Nick, PJ and Katie; and her sister-in-law Dolores.
