He is survived by: his wife Kathy Blackburn of Fostoria; his children, Shane Blackburn of Fostoria, Jason Blackburn (April) of Fostoria, Brian Cobb (Stacy) of Fostoria, Ryan Blackburn (Amy) of Wapakoneta and Linda Cassidy (Mark) of Fostoria; and his brother Richard Blackburn of Fostoria. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
