She is survived by: her husband Ron Tuttle; her son Steven Tuttle (Rhonda Fairchild) of Sycamore; her grandson Joseph Tuttle of Sycamore; her great grandchild Landon Tuttle of Fostoria, Ohio.; her siblings, Stewart King (Janet) and Marlene Lehner; and her sisters-in-law, Donna June King and Marie King. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other family members.
Memorials may be made to the donor's choice or to a children's hospital for cancer research in Pat's name.
