We announce the death of Shirley Elizabeth Ward of Fostoria, Ohio, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on June 9, 2026, at the age of 80. Shirley will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her mother Joyce Craig; and her sisters, Joyce and Diane. She is survived by: her husband Richard Ward; her children, Rhonda Krupp (Smith) of Tiffin, Jennifer Ward of Brunswick, Georgia and Marty Smith (Danielle) of Fremont, Indiana; her grandchildren, Kandra Roberts of Bexley, Kyler Krupp of Tiffin, Tori Smith of Angola, IN, Trevor Smith of Angola, IN, Jocelyn Schreiner of Fostoria, Victoria Dolch of Fostoria and Gabrielle Swick (Derek) of Quincy, Michigan; her great grandchildren, Bren Puchta, Payton, Bryghtlyn McDonald, Emory, Elliot Cook, Rowan, Watson and Stetson Swick; and her sister Patricia Huffman of Tiffin.
