He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey J Smith and Betty Ann Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jane Myers; his children, Jerry Smith (Geri Theis) of Fostoria, Stephanie Bechard-Smith (Kara) of Cleveland, Marcus McClellan (Kitty) of Murfreesboro, TN and Samantha Sayre (Tim) of Bloomdale; and his siblings, David Adams-Smith (Jeanie) of Bowling Green, KY and Vicki Marshall (Larry) of Orville, Ohio.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
