He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Shiley and Mary Shiley (Talbott); and his spouse Jean Welly. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Somerlot (Jared) and Damon Shiley; his sister Judy Brown (Charlie); his grandchildren, Shawn, Donn Bradner, Brayden Somerlot and Destinee Nagel; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Aydin, Asher and Blair.
