Chudzinski (Cathy), Karen O'Neal (Al), Mary Beier (Chuck), Mark Chudzinski (Kristen), Patty Culbert (Brad), Peter Chudzinski (Joy), Jacob Chudzinski (Kathy) and Amy Chudzinski. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
