He was predeceased by: his parents, Snowden Moyer and Violet Moyer Sr. (Luttrell); his wife Irene Mary "Peanut" Ramirez; and his siblings, Jeanie Burdock, Steven and James Moyer.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Welly (Brian), William Moyer Jr. (Shelly), Sophia Tahsin (Kirk), Christina Lerma (Felix), Hope Gonzales, Linda Kenney, Rachel Geiser, Eloisa Kisaberth and Terry Lee (Lisa); and his siblings, Snowden Moyer Jr. (Barb) of Tucson, AZ, Ann Plott, Kyle Moyer, Green Springs, Richard and Sue. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Greater Fostoria Community Foundation, Roppe Scholarship Fund, which he helped establish, or the American Cancer Society. Keep William Lee's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
