She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos DeWitt and Mabel DeWitt (Greenlee); her daughter Cathy Rhodes (Jim); and her siblings, Willard DeWitt (Jerry), Ralph DeWitt (Betty), Kenneth DeWitt and Marlene Henry (Daryl).
She is survived by: her husband Gary Ernest Havens; her brother Wayne DeWitt (Melody); her children, Belinda Coleman (Bruce), Debbie Havens, Gary Dean Havens (Stacy) and Sandy Thomaschek (Will); her grandchildren, Doug Rhodes, Ross Rhodes (Jessica), Zeb Coleman, Shanna Coleman (Garrett), Tanya Cooper (Matt), Martin Havens (Kacie) and Will Thomaschek; and her sister-in-law Evelyn DeWitt. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
