He was predeceased by: his father Rondal Rush; his uncles, Robert and Johnny Bernard; and his niece Evelyn Mae Gilmore. He is survived by: his mother Ilo Rush of Frankfort; his uncles, Ira Bernard (late Gladys) of Frankfort and William Bernard of Frankfort; his aunt Mary Gilmore (Russell) of Washington, CH; his cousins, Robert and Russell Gilmore; and his close friends, Jackie Strous of Chillicothe and Charlie Shaffer of Chillicothe.
