Frances Counts Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Counts of Frankfort, Ohio, who passed away on September 26, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Counts to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Bower and Mazie Bower (Fout); her husband John H. Counts; her parents-in-law, Charles and Bernice Counts; her siblings, JoAnne Schmauss (Robert) and Harry Lee Bower (Patty); her siblings-in-law, Sam Ackley, Wendell Counts, Charles Counts (Ann), Dale Counts (Tonya) and Luella Francis (Raymond); and her close friends, Dottie Watts and Ivan Ely.
She is survived by: her children, John Michael Counts (Christina) of Hamilton, Ohio, June Michele Wayland (Greg) of Frankfort, Ohio and Jill Marie Morgan (Shad Dailey) of Chillicothe, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Christopher Counts (Mary), Sarah Wood (Wesley), Matthew Counts (Laura), Allison Wells (Josey) and Joshua Morgan; her great grandchildren, Cole Counts, Grace Townsend, Rory Summers, Lauren Counts, Christopher Counts, Levi Wood, Owen Wood, Harper Counts, Mazie Wood, Carter John Counts, Zoey Irene Wells and Laken Wells; her siblings, Maggie Ackley, Ben Bower (Liann), Juni Putnam (Kelvin), Charlie Bower (Tami) and Linda Johnson (Jim); and her sister-in-law Lorraine Counts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the Greenlawn Cemetery (3796 Co Rd 550, Frankfort, OH 45628).
