He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Parker and Emma Schoonover Parker; and his siblings, Jane McQuiniff, Ann Moehring, Phyllis Nance and Wayne Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky Compher; his sons, Jonathan Neil Parker of Frankfort and Christopher Lee Parker (Hannah) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Emma Faith Parker, Aiden Lee Parker, Avery Marie Parker and Nora Alice Parker; and his siblings, Evelyn DeWitt of Clarksburg, Sue Schenk of Thornville and Scott Parker (Michele) of Lancaster.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
