He is survived by: his daughters, Carrie Foraker (Richard) of Chillicothe and Cristy Keck; his grandchildren, Dalton Foraker, Shaneah Foraker, Gabriel Southwick and Destiny Parrott; his great grandchild Zayden Parrott; his brother Kevin Keck (Debbie); and his pets, Harlan and Shasta. He is also survived by family members and friends.
