He is survived by: his mother Margene Sullivan Cook; his friend Fred Vandermark; his children, Robert Cook (Tanya), Victoria Kroll Allie (Jason Allie) and Daniel Glispie (Jamie); his grandchildren, Kortney Hauke (Jevin), Shelby Prince (Hunter), Rebecca Allie, Brody Cook, Addi Allie, Makayla, Shayna, Matthew, Laela, Ellie, Frankie Kroll, Alana Eldridge, Cady Haney, Bentley, Adlee and Jagger Hauke; his daughter Valerie Westfall (Randy); his mother-in-law Shirley Earick; his sister Debbie Cook; and his nephew Jeremy Cook.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
