H.; her grandmothers, Elaine Moody of Grove City and Barbara Taylor of Athens; her siblings, Tonya Taylor of Frankfort, Tiffany Slack (Chad) of Matthews, NC and Zac Martin (Makayla) of Lancaster, OH; and her stepsiblings, Jennifer Lykins of Chillicothe and Scott Lykins (Angie) of Frankfort.
In lieu of flowers, Tara's family requests that memorial donations be made in her memory to the Ross County Humane Society, the Fayette Regional Humane Society or the American Stroke Association.
