Ragland of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Jaslyn Erin Renee Kimball, Walter Timothy Ragland, III, Hope Marie Ragland, Zayleigh Nicole Ragland, Kiah and Anna Faylee Lawson; his sister Rebecca Locklear of Oberlin, OH; and his aunt Esther Warfield (Ralph) of Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
