He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Bailey (Linda Bailey); his daughter Johnna Ferrell (Aaron); his sisters, Karen Bailey of Franklin Furnace and Kathy Russell (Ed) of Franklin Furnace; his nieces, Michele Bailey Bower, Brandy Russell Jenkins and Bethany Russell; his nephew Brock Russell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan Bower, Brantley Russell, Alexius Jenkins, Danika Jenkins and Bailey Russell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to SOMC Hospice House in Portsmouth, OH.
