She was predeceased by: her mother Alma Loretta Blair; and her husband Earl D. Blair. She is survived by: her children, Rick Blair (Susan) and Sandra Lynn Blair; her grandchildren, Danny Blair (Jennifer), Chelsea Sweeney (Adam), Amanda Ball (Brent) and Donny Branham; and her great grandchildren, Seth Ball, Luke Ball, Spencer Blair, Brody Blair, Conner Blair, Kai Blair and Anna Kay Sweeney.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in honor of her great granddaughter, Anna Kay.
