He was predeceased by: his wife Judith A. White (Ksiezopolski); his parents, Cyril White and Ernestine White (DeHart); and his siblings, Daniel White and MaryAnne Cotter (White).
He is survived by: his daughters, Maryanne White and Stephanie Eggert (Rob); his grandchildren, Sydney and Silas Eggert; his siblings, Carolyn Unger and Mike White; and his friends, Sterling Perkins and Russ Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in memory of Tony, carrying on the tradition of donating to St. Jude, a cause that both Tony and Judy held very close to their hearts.
