He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Gail; his parents, Carrie (Hatfield) and Clocus; his siblings, Elmer (Bud) and Della Chiles; his sister-in-law Janie Thomas; and his friends, Woody Harville and Paul Beardsley.
He is survived by: his child Ashley Gail; his sibling's children, Della, Deanna, Bobbie, Christina and Ricky; his close friend Ben Freeman; Sandra Beardsley.
The family asks donations be made to Ohio's Hospice who provided sacred care to Asher the last month of his earthly life in lieu of flowers.
