She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Fitzpatrick and Mattie Fitzpatrick (Cox); her husband Carl Couch; her son Daryn Couch; her son-in-law Tony Cecala; her grandson Spenser Couch; and her brothers, Norman, Jerry and Junior Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by: her children, Myra Cecala and Byron Couch (Joy); her daughter-in-law Theresa Couch; her grandchildren, Jimmy Couch, Shawna Allen (Zack), Lacey Couch-Saylor (Michael), Abby Manns (Josh), Emily, Jacob, Isaac, Molly, Amy, Sarah and Samuel Couch; and her great grandchildren, Madison Cecala, Axl Allen, Haylee, Joshua Manns, Gavin, Ava Couch and Kiliyan Saylor. She is also survived by her church, friends and family.
