She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Collins and Pauline Collins; her husband Lewis Moore; her daughter Angie Hubbard; and her brothers, Ernest Collins and Earl Dean Collins.

She is survived by: her sons, Glen Lakins (Brenda) and Keith Moore; her grandchildren, Ryan Tinch (Rachel Whitt), Tiffany, Ryan Doran, Haley Moore and Makayla Moore; and her siblings, Mabel Hall (Steve), Dearl Collins and Joe Collins (Debbie). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in Bernice's name may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
