He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hathaway and Laura Hathaway (Stoutenborough); and his sister Ellen Trail. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pence; his children, Lisa Hathaway, David Hathaway and Jeff Hathaway; and his stepchildren, Brian Murphy, Pam Crews, Kevin Murphy and Karl Murphy. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren.
