He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Watkins and Martha Watkins (Osmond); and his siblings, Linda Ary and Rodger Watkins. He is survived by: his daughter Anne M. Barnett (Dwight Barnett); his grandchildren, Lucas M. Nation, Matthew J. Nation and Hannah M. Nation; his son C. Allen Watkins II (Amanda J. Watkins); and his grandson C. Allen "Charlie" Watkins III.
