He is survived by: his wife Patricia Via; his daughter Cathy Via; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce, June, Patsy Via, Barbara Brown (Robert), Linda Theiss (John), Harold Phelps (Sherry), Jeffrey Phelps (Amy) and Jim McLaughlin. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
