We announce the death of Christa R. Sword of Franklin, Ohio, who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 66. Christa will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Sword; her parent Phyllis Elaine Stamper; and her sister Jovetta Wysong. She is survived by: her sons, Chris Sword (Katie) and Bill Sword (Tara); her grandchildren, Annabelle, Caroline, Jackson, Lincoln and Oliver Sword; her pet Brutus Wayne; her brother-in-law Tim Wysong; and her nephew Tanner Wysong. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Paramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
