He is survived by: his wife Pat Meeks (Adkins); his children, Dale Meeks Jr. (Melissa) and Tricia Liming (Vince); his grandchildren, Savannah Walker (Kevin), Olivia Meeks and Dale Meeks III; his great grandchildren, Kaylie and Karly Thompson; and his siblings, Imogene Mercer and George Meeks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
