He was predeceased by: his mother Sarah Rose Stout (Emmett Delaney Stout). He is survived by: his sister Melissa Stout (Keith Wooten); his niece Tiffany Ray; his nephews, Jordan Allen and James Ray; and his great-nephews, Todd Stout and Justin Stout. He is also survived by numerous cousins and aunts and uncles.
