He was predeceased by : his parents, Alvin Barker and Sarah Barker (Langworthy); his wife Alma Jean Barker (Pence); and his siblings, Raymond Barker, Clayton Barker and Cuba Hall.

He is survived by : his son Delbert Barker, Jr.; and his adoptive daughter Tamara Finn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to his son Delbert Barker, Jr. to assist with expenses.
