He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Temple (Ron) and Rhonda Banks (Drew); his grandchildren, Tonya Faith Temple, Shane Temple (Lushelle), Chad Beculheimer (Christi) and Andy Beculheimer (Katie); his great grandchildren, Megan Faith Temple, Christopher Scott Barker, Cody Beculheimer, Jake Beculheimer (Linnette), Mallory Marie Bryer of Georgia and Jeremy Shane Temple Jr.; his great great grandchildren, Bryer, Sawyer Lee Temple, Julian Jacob Lane, Madyson Pamela Faith Temple, Willow Grace Temple, Kreelyn Mae Barker, Kruzi Ash Barker, Ashlee Rose, Mekala Carberry, Adrian Hart, Zayne Hart, Zachary Hart and Lexi Hart; and his sisters, Ruby Jones of Indiana and Phyliss Stambaugh of Indiana. He is also survived by family, a host of friends.
